I joined the fresh produce and farming industry in 2008, having studied marine biology at university. Despite the draw of a more tropical lifestyle, I decided that marine biology, was an interest not a career. 

My first roles were customer focused, managing relationships with retail customers. I moved into roles that focused on operations management both in factory and farming environments, before taking a roles in leadership as Customer Director and then Managing Director. I have enjoyed being part of growing sales to existing and new customers as well as investing in new processes equipment to enhance quality and efficiency.

It is important to me to ensure we have a great team and an open and inclusive culture. I want our teams to work closely together solving our challenges and maximising opportunities as they present themselves.
