I am very lucky to be a fourth generation family member with my great grandfather being Arthur Hovenden Worth (A.H. Worth). 

I joined the business in 1995 having been through MDS then working in London as a buyer for Tesco and Compass Services (contract caterer).  I have had many positions within the business including head of operations, some General Manager roles and now my role as CEO.  I have specific responsibility for the farming business, I use my experience and knowledge within the executive management team as well as being the main member of the board.

Outside of work I am a keen tennis and badminton player, I play golf (badly) and I really enjoy watching rugby.
