I began my career in technical over 25 years ago working as a night shift QC, checking the quality of sausage rolls.
Since then, I have progressed through several technical roles and worked in most food sectors including bakery, pizza, ready meals, dips and dressings, soups, sauces and produce. I started working for Emmett in 2017 as a Technical Director and have really enjoyed gaining an understanding of the whole supply chain from growing through to packing. Now with the acquisition, I am really looking forward to working with the very talented technical team at A.H. Worth.
My passion for farming is rooted in my upbringing in a farming family. This background has instilled in me a profound appreciation for working with produce and a keen interest in the science of crop growth. I am inspired by the endless opportunities for learning and improvement in agricultural practices. My combined experience in technical roles and farming drives my commitment to innovation and excellence in both fields.
