Technical Director

I began my career in technical over 25 years ago working as a night shift QC, checking the quality of sausage rolls.

Since then, I have progressed through several technical roles and worked in most food sectors including bakery, pizza, ready meals, dips and dressings, soups, sauces and produce. I started working for Emmett 6 years ago as a Technical Director and have really enjoyed gaining an understanding of the whole supply chain from growing through to packing. Now with the acquisition, I am really looking forward to working with the very talented technical team at A.H. Worth.

I grew up in a farming family, and I have loved working with produce and in particular gaining an understanding into the science behind growing our crops. There is always something new to learn and improvements we can make.
