I have always been interested in Personnel / HR / People work which started when I was still at college.

I applied for several training schemes upon leaving and have been lucky enough to work in beer, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, retail, hospitality (pizzas!) and the automotive industry, all in their People Functions. I’ve seen the work done really well and really badly - both motivational in their own way.

Our people are what make this business and I hope that through my fabulous team, we demonstrate daily our passion to support both.
