I first got involved with Produce over 30 years ago after studying Agriculture at Seale-Hayne and then joining the MDS training program. If someone had told me whilst I was at college that my career would be involved in Fresh Produce, I would have told them they were mad, but the opportunities and challenges that are involved have always kept me motivated. I started working in Salads in the UK and this led to many working trips to Spain from the early 90s. I made a permanent move to Spain in 2003, and joined Emmett Murcia to oversee an expansion of the growing and production facilities in 2011.
